I travel quite often but have never had such professional courtesy extended. Your staff are to be commended for the excellent service that is provided to Ramada Limited guests.

This was my third visit to the Metairie site, and each visit has been truly wonderful. The value and quality of services and accomodations provided are outstanding. Thanks for making my visit to New Orleans a very enjoyable one.

"We Would Stay Again!"
We stayed here on our honeymoon in 2005 and were very pleased. The rooms were spacious with a king size bed that was very comfortable. Easy to find and front desk people very pleasant and helpful. We asked a few times for directions and places to eat and they were readily available with information. The hotel was simple but nice and well kept. The room was cleaned when we arrived and the cleaning staff was very nice. We had no problems, we booked the trip as part of a package deal on one of the travel websites and were given no grief or problems because of it. We didn't use the pool but the whole area seemed tidied up nicely as was the whole property. The bathrooms were in good condition and kept very neat and every day there was a new shampoo and conditioner and soap left and the old thrown away. Overall was a pleasant experience and made our trip very enjoyable.

"Could Not Be More Pleased"
We recently spent 5 nights at this hotel and it was all that we had expected and hoped for. Convenience and Comfort and Value is what we experienced. Aditionally, the staff was always very accommodating. The breakfast was adequate. We definitely would stay there again.
